We had a terrible experience with the airport transfer service we booked through the hotel. Despite confirmation, there was no driver to pick us up and we had to call the hotel to sort it out.

The hotel is located in a convenient area close to the main area of Istanbul where I needed to attend a conference. It is also not far from the IST airport, making my afternoon departure stress-free. Although the closest metro stations are a bit of a distance away, there is a nearby Mall for shopping and entertainment. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The hotel staff provided excellent service, being polite and helpful, like Emin Bey mentioned in one of the reviews.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the room looked exactly like it did in the pictures.
