I stayed at Sleep Inn Aeroporto De Guarulhos - Sao Paulo for one night during a layover at GRU airport. The location is incredibly convenient, very close to the airport. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in at 5am and also granting a late check-out. The breakfast was simple but delicious, and the hotel provided a free shuttle to and from the airport. The room was quiet, with fresh towels and hot water. a perfect experience from start to finish!

the staff, especially Diego at reception, was very friendly and helpful. the suite I stayed in was spacious, tidy, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I really felt at ease during my time here. Sebastian, the waiter for dinner, was attentive and detail-oriented. the breakfast selection was perfect, with a variety of options including make-your-own toasties and fresh fruits. the ladies taking care of the breakfast buffet did an amazing job keeping everything well-stocked. the Sleep Inn team deserves praise for their amazing service.
