I recently stayed at Fort Arabesque in Makadi Bay for a week. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the staff were friendly throughout my stay. The variety of food options at different locations was impressive, and the quality of the food exceeded my expectations. The spacious rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a great place to relax. The highlight for me was the long strip of sandy beach and the abundance of corals and sea life just off the shore. The hotel also offered a budget-friendly experience, making it even more enjoyable.

The snorkeling experience was mind-blowing, right in front of the beach. The clean and spacious room was perfect for our family of four, with daily cleaning. Multiple restaurants offered plenty of food options, and the beach bar restaurant had great dinner with live music and dance. The warm swimming pool was a hit with the kids, while the kids club provided excellent childcare services. The friendly and entertaining employees always had a smile and made our stay enjoyable. The nightly mini disco and other shows provided great entertainment for the kids. The location was amazing, with easy access to snorkeling daily. The food was terrific, especially with the Half Board option. The entertainment team worked hard to provide enjoyable shows. The guest relations team went above and beyond to make us happy. The swim-up villas were a hidden gem, offering privacy and beauty. The all-inclusive premium package was a great deal, and the Pavilion restaurant and Club 159 were remarkable. The service was attentive and comfortable, with a serene atmosphere. The beach was clean and lovely, adding to the overall high-quality experience.

We were thrilled with the beautiful coral reef straight from the beach. Despite some minor issues with the room, the friendly staff and great food made up for it. We especially enjoyed the nightly beach BBQ and the fantastic piano music in the lobby. Overall a great family holiday destination.

The complementary laundry service and the close proximity to snorkelling and diving spots were great. Being away from the busy city added to the relaxation factor.

The persistent and pushy staff made it difficult to enjoy the stay. Many male staff members were uncomfortable around women, and the smoking in the restaurant was unpleasant.

Wonderful swim-up Villa, high hygiene standards, fantastic beach and cuisine, professional and helpful staff, crystal-clear sea, excellent diving center nearby.

Nothing is perfect.

We loved staying here! This place has an ideal location away from the crowds and right near the beach - we couldn't have asked for a better location. The staff were amazing and catered to our every need, from the waiters down to the gardeners. We were impressed by the quality of service we had here. The rooms were spacious, clean and had everything we needed - the room service was also top-notch. And finally, the hotel amenities were amazing. We enjoyed the spa treatments, outdoor swimming pool, and beach access, as well as the live entertainment.

We loved everything about this venue and would highly recommend it to families looking for a beachfront hotel with plenty of amenities.

Endless land with beautifully maintained grounds. Lots of recreational activities, shopping, spa, gym, and water sports available. Lavish breakfast and a variety of food options for lunch and dinner. Super active GM who checks on everything and values guest opinions. Biggest beach in the area with a sandy entrance to the corals. Friendly staff and helpful guest manager. Snacks and ice cream available all day for all-inclusive customers.

Felt well taken care of, no reason to complain.

Located right at the beach, it was so convenient to enjoy the sun, sand, and sea. We loved being just a short walk away from great restaurant options and a more secluded beach. In the morning and for lunch, it was lovely being so close to the beach. Our room was nice with a great view, and we couldn't help but notice how well-maintained the bathroom was. The breakfast spread was impressive, and service throughout our stay was excellent.

The evening entertainment was not always to our liking.

Our stay at this resort was definitely worth the money. The room was spacious and had a lovely view of the sea from the veranda. The location was perfect, with a beautiful beach and a great area for snorkeling. The staff treated us exceptionally well and were always friendly and helpful.

Menu for breakfast could have been more diverse.
