Friendly staff, especially Luciano and Marcos at the restaurant. Excellent food variety. Housekeeping was exceptional, creating animal towel art. Room 605 was clean and comfortable. Great destination for families with kids due to the activity schedule and water park.

We had a fantastic time at Taua Hotel! The staff at the restaurant, Luciano and Marcos, provided exceptional service with a big smile on their faces. The food was diverse and delicious, and the housekeeping staff kept our room spotless, folding the towels into cute animal shapes. The hotel room in which we stayed was clean and comfortable. we would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and amenities.

This hotel is an excellent destination for families with children. the activities are abundant and engaging, providing a friendly environment for interaction. Plus, the monitors are fantastic with kids. Another aspect we enjoyed is the food, particularly the impressive diversity of dishes on the menu. the hotel's location is perfect, offering a serene natural environment that is conducive for relaxation.

The older construction of the hotel is evident in some of the un-updated areas, giving it a 90's museum feel. the adaptations for people with disabilities are minimal and improvised, posing a safety concern for those with mobility issues.
