The location was perfect, as it was conveniently close to the Citygate shopping centre and the Tung Chung MTR station, making it easy to explore the city. It was also just a short distance away from the cable car to Ngong Ping, which was a must-visit attraction. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Rio. Additionally, they provided a shuttle bus service to and from the airport, which was very convenient.

I was pleasantly surprised when I checked in and found out that I had received a platinum upgrade. The suite on the 22nd floor was amazing – spacious room with a comfortable king bed, large bathroom with spa bath, and a TV. We loved this place! Conveniently located next to the outlet mall, and with a free airport shuttle, it was the perfect stopover for our late-night flight. The staff were incredibly helpful and professional, assisting with luggage weighing and taxi orders. Our room was spacious, clean, and included nice amenities such as free wi-fi, in-room safe and electric kettle. We also enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool, sun terrace, and even the nearby cable car.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends, especially with the excellent service and amenities provided here.
