Nothing is perfect.

Traveling with my family, we stayed at Grand Mercure in Itaim Bibi for a few nights. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and supermarkets. Our room was spacious, with a separate living area and a well-equipped wardrobe. The rooftop pool offered stunning views of the city and was perfect for our little ones. Breakfast at the adjacent restaurant was delicious, and the staff, especially the porter, were very helpful.

Would recommend this hotel.

Great facilities, great staff. Newly reformed, everything worked well. AC is silent and efficient, bed is comfy, shower is big, espresso in the room. Nice rooftop area with a view for work or pool. Itaim Bibi has tons of good restaurants and bars.

Additionally, it is close to everything, allowing for easy access to dining and shopping options. The communal areas, such as the lobby and common spaces, are well-maintained and provide a pleasant atmosphere.

The language barrier can be a challenge as not many staff members speak English.

We had a fantastic stay at a beautiful, contemporary hotel. the rooms were spacious with stylish decor. the location was convenient, just a short taxi ride away from Jardins and shopping areas. We especially enjoyed the rooftop pool and the well-equipped gym. the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. the breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a great variety of options.

grand mercure exceeded my expectations during my short stay in sao paulo. the friendly staff, good wifi, and delicious breakfast made it a memorable experience compared to my previous stays in the city.

Construction noise next door was disturbing.

I stayed somewhere for Thanksgiving and it was alright. the hotel had free breakfast and hot chocolate, which was pretty cool. It was also in a central area, so I didn't have to travel far for anything. I really liked the fact that the hotel had a rooftop pool where I could relax and chill out.

The hotel was very disappointing. the rooms were outdated, and the staff wasn't too accommodating.

We had an amazing stay in this luxurious hotel, enjoying the exclusive amenities such as the Spa & wellness centre, Outdoor swimming pool and Sun terrace. the service was exceptional with the staff fulfilling all our needs. the breakfast was delightful with a wide selection of dishes.

The only minor issue we encountered was the noise level during the night due to street traffic, which disturbed our sleep. this did not overshadow our wonderful experience in this hotel, with its comfortable and spacious room advantages, including private facilities.
