We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with a smile. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, with high-quality furnishings and amenities. We were pleasantly surprised to find hair conditioner in the showers.

We highly recommend this place to our friends.

The hotel is located in the Santo Amaro area, a safe neighborhood in São Paulo. It is very close to the Morumbi shopping center, which offers a great selection of good restaurants. Excellent location near Transamerica. Great view from the 18th floor. Best cost/benefit hotel in the area. Good food, friendly staff, and nice facilities.

Can't fault property.

So, I spent my Xmas holidays in a hotel in Brazil and let me tell you, it wasn't the best experience. However, I did find two things that were complimentary - one could have espresso whenever one wanted and free access to the gym. the location was quite convenient too as it was walking distance from a few nice restaurants and shops.

The worst thing about this hotel was the service. It was absolutely terrible.
