We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with a smile. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, with high-quality furnishings and amenities. We were pleasantly surprised to find hair conditioner in the showers.

The hotel is located in the Santo Amaro area, a safe neighborhood in São Paulo. It is very close to the Morumbi shopping center, which offers a great selection of good restaurants. The rooms are modern and the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The service is friendly and the breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The internet service is unreliable, making it difficult for business travelers who rely on a stable and fast connection.

Can't fault property.

So, I spent my Xmas holidays in a hotel in Brazil and let me tell you, it wasn't the best experience. However, I did find two things that were complimentary - one could have espresso whenever one wanted and free access to the gym. The location was quite convenient too as it was walking distance from a few nice restaurants and shops.

The worst thing about this hotel was the service. It was absolutely terrible.
