The pool was freezing cold, which was a bit of a letdown. the check, in process was a disaster , our room wasn't ready, it wasn't clean, and we experienced delays that made us late for important commitments.

I always return for a comfy stay. Staff's currency help made a difference. Handicap parking, 24/7 reception, gym, pool, lift, business area. Can't wait for Christmas visit!.
