This lovely boutique hotel is tucked away on a quiet hill, offering a peaceful retreat from the bustling downtown shopping area. Nestled in a little side street, the hotel feels like a hidden gem in the garden of Eden. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with sliding doors that open onto a private porch, providing a stunning view of the surrounding greenery. The service is exceptional, with attentive staff ensuring your every need is met. The breakfast is a delight, with a wide variety of homemade treats to satisfy any palate.

The hotel is located up in the hill, which may require a short walk or a taxi ride back after a day of exploring.

The hotel exceeded our expectations for a Christmas getaway. The room was spacious and cozy, and we loved the private porch with stunning views. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food, and the coffee was superb. The location was perfect, close to main attractions but away from the crowds.

The Wi-Fi was a bit slow and unreliable, which made it difficult to stay connected during our stay. Another downside was the steep hill leading up to the hotel, which made walking challenging for some guests.

The hotel was a luxurious retreat, with exclusive amenities like a Spa & Wellness Centre, indoor swimming pool, and hot spring bath. The treatment room had a beautiful view, and the staff provided excellent massage and beauty treatments. The rooftop pool had sun loungers, and the garden area was peaceful and relaxing. In addition, the private facilities were exclusive and perfect for a romantic getaway.

The only minor issue was a delay in outdoor dining area service. However, the staff was friendly and accommodating, offering in-room breakfast as a solution.
