the location is super close to the city center, just a short walk to everything. the staff were really friendly and helpful, especially the young guys at the reception. loved having a kitchen for cooking and the balcony was nice for chillin'. also, it was quiet even tho it was near downtown, which was great for relaxing. grocery store a few blocks away is a big plus too.

but the bathroom cleanliness could be way better, and the breakfast options were kinda basic. my room had a smell that was a bit off.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, especially Natalie at the front desk, who went out of her way to assist with our inquiries.

The kitchenette, while equipped, felt quite cramped, and the space didn’t allow for comfortable cooking or meal prep with family.

We enjoyed the spacious apartment with a fully equipped kitchenette, making family meals a breeze! The staff was friendly and always ready to help, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Plus, the nearby parks and bakeries added a charming touch to our stay.

However, we found the room size a bit tight when the sofa bed was opened. Cleaning only once a week felt insufficient, especially with kids running around. Also, the breakfast options could have been more diverse to suit everyone's tastes.

I found the room to be quite cramped, especially with the fold-out couch leaving us hardly any space to move. Additionally, we experienced a lack of supplies. we had to ask for toilet paper every evening, which felt inconvenient. The laundry facilities were also limited in accessibility, which was disappointing during our stay.

The room was immaculate and had everything you’d need—crockery, cooking gear, and even a dishwasher! Just a 7-minute stroll to the heart of the city. what a chic little gem!

But be warned, those tiny bedrooms could make a sardine can feel spacious! And don’t expect daily cleaning—guess you'll have to channel your inner maid!

The location is spot-on! Just a casual stroll to the city center and soooo close to bakeries. The staff were real chommies, super helpful with all our queries. Also, that terrace? Perfect for watching the sunset over those warm Aix rooftops with a drink in hand!

Only downside was the brekkie could've had a bit more flair—was a bit basic, but no stress, ja?

We enjoyed our nine-night family stay, particularly the convenient kitchenette that allowed us to prepare some meals! However, the room was smaller than expected, making it challenging to move around with kids. I'd recommend requesting a higher floor for more privacy away from common areas. Overall, we had a pleasant experience.

The staff were super friendly and made our stay feel special. I loved the spacious terrace with a fab view of the rooftops. perfect for morning coffee! The picnic area was nice for casual meals, too. The only bummer was that the breakfast could’ve had more options, but everything else was really nice!
