I stayed at Viale Tower for my visit to the Cataratas do Iguacu. The hotel's location was perfect, with great restaurants nearby and the bus to the falls right next door. The staff was incredibly helpful and spoke excellent English. The room was spacious, and the wifi worked perfectly. The hotel also had a steam sauna and a stunning infinity pool.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Iguacu Falls. the location was great - it was near restaurants and government offices, making it convenient for exploring the city. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going out of their way to ensure my needs were met. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the basic amenities provided. I was particularly impressed with the large bed and the fast WiFi, which was a bonus. The breakfast options were also varied and delicious.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was wonderful and there were no major issues to mention.

Helpful staff. Good breakfast buffet. Great rooftop swimming pool with city view. Excellent location, near bars and restaurants. Wonderful sunset view from the sky bar.

The hotel is conveniently located near a variety of restaurants, making it easy to find something to suit everyone's tastes. Public transport options are also nearby, allowing for easy access to the falls. Despite being in the city center, the hotel is surprisingly quiet, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The room is comfortable and well-equipped, with amenities such as a fridge and TV.

The music in the rooftop bar can be too loud and of a repetitive nature.

The staff at Viale Tower Hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when we requested to change rooms because ours was dirty. They even replaced a rusty showerhead within an hour. The hotel's rooftop pool offered a stunning view of the city, and the breakfast was simple but satisfying. We also appreciated the convenient location near restaurants and buses to the falls. I highly recommend this hotel for a short stay in Foz do Iguacu.

The hotel property was fantastic, with modern facilities and rooms that were clean and well-maintained. Plus, the breakfast they offered was scrumptious and refreshing, with plenty of options to choose from. The hotel's central location was a huge plus – right in the heart of the city, we could easily access shopping areas, restaurants, and drug stores. Above all, the staff was very courteous and helpful throughout our stay.

One of the drawbacks was that the elevators were a bit slow, which caused some inconvenience. And at times, the staff didn't seem to have accurate information about the facilities.

As youngsters, we loved the modern and clean hotel with its excellent location near restaurants and shopping. The bathroom was in great working condition and the shower provided amazing water pressure. The high-rise setting on the 17th floor allowed for magnificent views, and the cool pool and rooftop food and beverage service were a definite highlight. The staff treated us kindly and were attentive to our needs. a great place to stay for an in-town experience after visiting the Brazil side of the waterfalls.

Felt very homey, no reason to complain.
