Excellent beachfront location with a guarded entrance. Enormous variety and delicious breakfast. Professional service and attention to detail. Good public space decor and beautiful low-rise architecture. Very large rooms with good facilities and a lovely pool.

However, it is situated near the area of Mercado Central, a big shopping mall where you can find various items.

The hotel's WiFi is unreliable and not free in the rooms.

We had an amazing time staying at this hotel. The location is perfect, right on a beautiful and tranquil beach. It was so relaxing to be able to walk out of the hotel and onto the sand in just a few steps. The service here exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly professional and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself is well-designed and spacious, with large rooms and excellent facilities. We especially loved the delicious breakfast, which included a variety of options and even champagne!

We did encounter a few small issues during our stay. The check-in process was a bit slow, and we had to wait until 3 o'clock to get into our room.

the property exceeded my expectations with its good amenities like a nice pool and the option to take morning beach walks. the pricing was also more affordable compared to other Vila Gale properties. I especially enjoyed the comprehensive leisure options available, including multiple pools, a sauna, game rooms, TV rooms, and bars. the location right in front of the beach was perfect.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we loved the amazing pool and beach access right across the street. the breakfast was delicious, with lots of fresh fruit and pastries. We also really appreciated the helpful staff who went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. Plus, the hotel was conveniently located close to many restaurants and shopping options.

While we enjoyed our stay overall, there were a few things that could have been better. the room was a bit dated, and could use some updating.
