The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city's business area, making it easily accessible from the main bus station. It is also close to the central subway, allowing for convenient transportation around the city. Additionally, there are some amazing restaurants nearby, perfect for exploring the local cuisine.

The decor is outdated and could use a refresh to match modern standards.

Our stay at Windsor was made even more enjoyable because of its great location. We were able to fully immerse ourselves in the vibrant atmosphere of the carnival, thanks to the hotel's perfect positioning. The staff at the reception were exceptional and went above and beyond to assist us, even obtaining carnival tickets for us at the last minute. Plus, the convenience of having taxis readily available right in front of the hotel was a major plus. The rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and provided us with all the comforts we needed. And to top it all off, the buffet at the restaurant offered a wide range of delicious dishes for us to enjoy.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect for us as it was close to many attractions and just a short subway ride away from the beaches. The hotel itself was modern and luxurious, with spacious bedrooms and a stunning view of the ocean from the terrace pool. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a large variety of choices. We also appreciated the little touches like the anniversary dessert delivered to our room and the gift bags with toiletries. the service and amenities exceeded our expectations.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great location to explore the city with ease, close to the action and central subway. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the complementary swimming pool and gym during our stay.

The door and windows were not hermetic, so we had mosquitos in the room and found a cockroach outside. Cleaning lady opened our door early in the morning while we were sleeping, and there was no "do not disturb" sign available to use.
