The hotel is well-organized, with staff that understands English. It is conveniently located near SAP and the technology park, only a 10 to 15-minute walk through the university. The downstairs library is fantastic, with a lovely outdoor area filled with native flowers. They also warmly welcome pets.

Had a pleasant Christmas at this hotel. Enjoyed the cozy atmosphere in the lobby and the Christmas decorations set up around. The location was convenient as it was near the technology park and university. The breakfast options and service were good. Also, I liked the library area and the greenery that surrounded the hotel, created a calming ambiance.

The experience was not without drawbacks. The room wasn't in the best condition, and it had a musty smell, which made it uncomfortable to stay in. The housekeeping didn't clean the room thoroughly, and the trash wasn't always emptied. The noise from the nearby restaurant kept me up for most of the night, making sleep nearly impossible. I wouldn't recommend it to people who are looking for a peaceful and tranquil stay.
