The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and even allowed me to have a cup of tea before breakfast officially started. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the city center with easy access to transportation. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with a hairdryer and umbrella. I also enjoyed the option of sitting in different areas of the hotel to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and convenient location.

Great staff, handy location, and clean rooms! the hotel was situated in the heart of the city, which made it very easy for me to move around. It also helped that the staff was very friendly and helpful in offering directions and suggestions on what to do and where to go. the rooms were also spotless and fresh-smelling, which made my stay even more comfortable.

The hotel was a bit pricey for its value and not very accommodating for those with heavy luggage. Although the staff was excellent, I felt like I didn't get my money's worth, especially since I had to carry my luggage up several flights of stairs.

I especially appreciated their flexibility in allowing me to have tea and coffee even before the breakfast area had formally opened for the evening. Additionally, there were lovely seating areas throughout the hotel where I could relax with my cup of tea or coffee. Although I didn't have the chance to dine in the restaurant, I heard great things about it from the local community. The fact that the staff spoke English was a bonus for me as a non-German speaker. my experience at Alte Redaktion was exceptional, and I highly recommend it.
