The AC in my room was promptly fixed after I reported it. The staff, despite the language barrier, worked hard to resolve the issue. They kindly assisted with storing our luggage and allowed us to shower after check-out. Their service exceeded our expectations.

Great value and friendly staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast selection was varied. The hotel's pool deck was a highlight, with a beautiful view of the ocean. The location was convenient for my business trip, with easy access to many of the city's main attractions.

The area surrounding the hotel seemed a bit dodgy and run-down, but that did not affect my stay at the hotel itself. the room decor was a bit basic, but this did not detract from the overall comfort and cleanliness of the room.
