I loved my recent stay at The Lakes Cairns Resort & Spa. The apartment I stayed in was spacious and well-equipped with all the facilities I needed. Having a washing machine and tumble dryer was a great convenience. The resort had multiple beautiful swimming pools, and even though I couldn't nab a sunbed at the main pool, the helpful staff directed me to a quieter pool where I could relax. The lush gardens and lagoons were truly breathtaking. Despite being a bit far from town, I discovered that it was a blessing in disguise as I preferred the tranquility of the resort over the busy city. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.

We had a great stay at this family-friendly resort nestled in beautiful gardens with multiple pools. The apartment was spacious with a large kitchen, dining area, and comfortable beds. We loved the balcony with outdoor furniture and lovely views of palm trees. The location was convenient, being close to the airport for easy transfers and a short walk to the city center along the waterfront. The resort also offered airport transfers and had a guest lounge for early arrivals and departures.

The front desk staff seemed too busy selling tours and add-ons, which made check-in and check-out a bit challenging.

The resort could be quite noisy at times, especially with kids around. the food at the resort restaurant was a bit overpriced, but there were plenty of other dining options nearby.

I loved that the hotel was directly under the flight path to the airport, as it provided a unique and exciting view. The service was top-notch, with the staff always ready to help and provide excellent service. I really appreciated the room amenities, such as the ironing facilities, air conditioning, and the cozy sitting area. The outdoor dining area was a great spot to enjoy a delicious meal while taking in the stunning garden views. The hotel's facilities were also impressive, with a leisure swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, and even live entertainment. this place exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, quality services, and location.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
