The breakfast had a good variety and the internet was fast and reliable. The location was ideal, within walking distance to the waterfront and other popular sites. it was a friendly hotel with excellent service and great value for the price.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the city center, within walking distance of the Royal Regalia museum and the waterfront. The service provided by the staff was excellent, with daily replenishment of tea, coffee, water, and toiletries in the rooms. The rooms themselves were much nicer than expected, with elegant decor and a larger size than anticipated.

The breakfast provided at this hotel was subpar, especially considering the price.

This made it very convenient for exploring the area. Secondly, the service provided by the hotel staff was exceptional. They were friendly, polite, and always willing to help. They even carried our bags to our room, which was a nice touch. Lastly, the breakfast included in the stay was fantastic. The hotel served affordable and delicious local food, with eggs cooked any way you like. I especially enjoyed the hot omelette that was made for me. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

The location was ideal, close to downtown and within walking distance of all the main attractions. We also loved the complimentary shuttle service, which allowed us to easily explore the coast and other places of interest. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast spread was delicious, and we particularly enjoyed the pandan pancakes. our experience was excellent from start to finish.

One minor downside was the ongoing renovations, which resulted in some noise in the second building.

The best things about my xmas stay were the free airport pick up and drop off, saved me some money and trouble, and the breakfast with eggs made to order. the hotel also had a great location, walking distance to all the key tourist spots and transportation was easily accessible. Another advantage was that the room had air conditioning, which made my stay comfortable.

The bed was uncomfortable and did not provide a good night's sleep. I was not impressed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel.
