This fantastic hotel is perfectly located, just a short distance from the gondola for easy access to the slopes. Situated in the heart of town, it offers breathtaking views of the Pirin mountain range. The rooms are spacious and the beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day on the slopes. The staff are friendly and helpful, making sure all your needs are met. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of delicious options to fuel your day. Additionally, the hotel provides excellent spa facilities for ultimate relaxation.

One small downside is that the dinner could use some improvement in terms of quality to match the hotel's other outstanding services.

I had an amazing stay at a boutique hotel in a charming mountain town. The room was spacious with excellent air conditioning. Despite a small bathroom, I managed the room temperature perfectly. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The swimming pool and outdoor sun loungers were a great addition for relaxation. And the spa facilities were fantastic, especially the massages. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a lovely romantic escape and there were a couple of things we particularly enjoyed. the room was exceptionally clean, modern and comfortable. We really appreciated the small kitchenette as it gave us the option to prepare light snacks at any time. the location was perfect, with stunning views to wake up to every morning. It was very peaceful and quiet which contributed to the relaxing atmosphere we were looking for.

Our biggest issue was the lack of air conditioning in the room, which was a bit uncomfortable during the hot summer nights. We opened the window but sometimes it wasn't quite enough to cool down the room.

This luxurious hotel exceeded my expectations! the exclusive amenities fulfilled all my needs and more. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic view of the surrounding scenery. the staff provided exceptional service and were very kind.

The only minor issue I encountered was that the breakfast could have started a bit earlier, given that I needed to leave early for activities planned for the day. the staff were accommodating and allowed me to start my breakfast earlier than the scheduled time.
