The apartment's perfect location next to Zaimov Park in Sofia's center was delightful. The cleanliness, comfy bed, and convenient amenities made for a pleasant stay. encountering mold, ants, and poor maintenance in the studio made our experience less enjoyable. Despite the issues, the friendly staff and quiet surroundings were appreciated.

The apartment was perfectly located next to a beautiful park in the heart of the city. It was quiet yet close to everything you could need, like supermarkets and cafes. the cleanliness and comfort of the apartment were top-notch. the bed was cozy, and the new elevator made access easy.

There were no emergency contact numbers for after-hours issues. When our room flooded, there was no response until the next morning.

The hotel's cozy interior with soft, well-cushioned armchairs in the lobby made resting quite pleasant for us seniors. the spacious and bright common areas had ample seating, making it easy for elderly guests to relax and chat comfortably with other visitors. the gentle slope at the entrance made it accessible for seniors using walking aids.
