We had a great stay at the hotel, which is conveniently located near the train station. It was easy to walk to and from the hotel, and we appreciated the friendly welcome by Sonya. the hotel itself is large, modern, and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. the WiFi worked well, and the breakfast had a good selection of items to suit everyone's taste. the staff were polite and spoke good English, making our stay even more enjoyable. the bathroom, although not very spacious, had a great shower. it was a comfortable and welcoming experience.

Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by a small welcome gift in our spacious and comfortable room. the breakfast provided was satisfactory, and overall, we found the hotel to be good value for money. the location was convenient, with a metro and bus station just 200m away, and the city center within a 15-minute walk. There were also grocery, currency exchange, and liquor shops opposite the hotel. the cleanliness and comfort of the room, along with the helpfulness of the staff, made our stay enjoyable. We would definitely consider returning to this hotel on future trips.

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, providing us with a map and answering all of our questions. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a wonderful view from the balcony. They provide all the regular facilities and even include breakfast, which offers a variety of options to suit different tastes. Additionally, they add a nice touch of Bulgarian classics throughout the hotel, giving it a unique and charming atmosphere.

The staff was excellent, especially the friendly woman on reception and the helpful night shift guy. They provided us with lots of information on how to get around the city and things to do. The hotel even welcomed us with cupcakes, a very nice touch. The penthouse had a breathtaking 360-degree view of the city with floor-to-ceiling windows - a definite highlight of our stay. The hotel itself was modern and clean, and the receptionist spoke perfect English and was incredibly helpful. She organized parking for our car and made sure it wasn't blocked in for our early morning departure. The breakfast had a good selection and there was a helpful and smiling lady to assist. The room we booked was spacious, even larger than our family of four needed. The hotel staff were always ready to help, providing an iron within minutes of our request. we had a fantastic stay and would rate it 9.9 out of 10.
