The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy for me to go out and explore. I also loved the fact that the hotel had a restaurant where I could have breakfast and meals. Though, one downside was that the restaurant smelled of cigarettes during breakfast, but I wouldn't mind as I am a smoker. The staff was very kind and helpful, always there when I needed their assistance, and ready to provide an extraordinary service. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, clean, and had all the amenities that I needed. I also liked the terrace which offered a stunning view of the surroundings.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you’re travelling with family.

The hotel is perfectly located in the absolute centre of the city, making it convenient to explore all the attractions and shops. The rooms are spacious and offer breathtaking views across to the Black Sea. The bathroom in our room was clean and comfortable, providing all the necessary amenities. Hotel Bulgaria in Burgas was a pleasant surprise! The lobby and reception area were glamorous and airy, creating a welcoming atmosphere. My standard king room had a nice view of the High street and a comfortable bed. The hotel's central location allowed for easy access to the beach, sea garden, railway station, and bus stations. The breakfast was excellent and the spa facilities were fabulous. The staff, especially Diana Miteva, the Front Office Manager, were professional. I highly recommend this hotel to visitors to Bulgaria.

During our city break, we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi offered by the hotel. The hotel is centrally located, with easy access to the main shopping street and train station, making it convenient for exploring the city. the room offered spectacular views of the city, which we enjoyed throughout our stay.

We did encounter a few issues during our visit. the parking was not up to our expectations, as it required us to manually move cones every time we entered or left the parking lot.

My stay at a hotel in Bulgaria was truly excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, from the security guy who assisted with parking to the welcoming reception staff. The rooms were modern and well-appointed, offering great views of the city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a well-equipped gym, indoor swimming pool, sauna. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, being just a short walk away from the bus and train station and surrounded by plenty of bars and restaurants on a vibrant pedestrian street. The breakfast provided was also delicious, and the value for money was exceptional.
