The staff are very nice and helpful, especially the gentlemen receptionist. The room is spacious, clean, and the bathroom is also clean with good shower water. The hotel is conveniently located and close to RIU hotel. The hotel is new, only one year old, and everything is working perfectly.

We tried to organise a date extension beforehand, but it was hard to get a reply via Whatsapp. Even though the pool was nice, we didn't get to enjoy it much since there was limited seating and outside food or drink was not allowed.
