The apartment was spacious and could easily accommodate a large family. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it convenient for cooking meals. the hotel had a great location, close to the ski lift station, making it easy to access the slopes. One more advantage was the friendly and helpful staff, who were always ready to assist with any concerns or questions.

The ski queue for the gondola was extremely long, which made the skiing experience less enjoyable. The corrupt security personnel accepting bribes further exacerbated the situation.

The location is great, really close to the ski lift and also near the center of town. The rooms are spacious with two bathrooms and a large living room. The breakfast is delicious and the service is top-notch. The hotel has a spa with a pool, sauna, and Russian bath, perfect for relaxation after a day on the slopes.

The sofas in the living room are uncomfortable and could use more pillows for a better experience.

Spacious apartments with full kitchens and refreshing pool + spa center amenities. the breakfast range was extensive with fresh baked rolls and Bulgarian yogurt, offering a great start to the day. the hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants and key locations.

We had an issue with the cleanliness of the bathroom, finding hair and a leaky shower. We were also not provided with a bath mat, forcing us to share a hand towel.
