I stayed at a cozy hotel close to everything. LOVED the spa facilities! Would visit again. the indoor pool is even better than in the photos. Highly recommend it!

At the Triplets Fun Zone, our kids had a blast with the interactive games and engaging activities, giving my wife and me some well-deserved relaxation time.

My children wanted a larger outdoor playground for more outdoor fun.

We enjoyed the spacious rooms and kitchenette with ample dishes for meal preparation. the hotel offered a good breakfast and dinner, along with exceptional steam and dry saunas and a heated pool in the spa area. the location, while not right by the slopes, was convenient with nearby shops and ski equipment rental places.

I had a blast staying at that hotel! the location was spot on - literally steps away from the skiing action, making it super convenient. the food was tasty, and there were plenty of options, plus the spa area was top-notch with nice hot saunas and a heated pool to relax after a day on the slopes. the only thing was, finding enough sockets for all our gadgets was a bit of a challenge; but hey, nothing too major, everything else was a dream! 🎿

The restaurant felt like a culinary journey, especially the French bread, and the nearby OTP Apres Ski Bar & BBQ was a flavorful gem.

Although the spa and playground were missing in action during summer, the hotel still sparkled with its location and hearty breakfast spread. So, if you crave a cozy stay with delicious eats, Flora's got your back.

the last trip to borovets was enjoyable, but flora exceeded expectations. the spacious room with daily towel changes and delicious, natural food for vegetarians were highlights. location close to ski lift made walking easy.

The lobby bar and indoor pool were relaxing amenities to unwind after a long journey.

The cleanliness could be improved, particularly under the beds, as it seemed like it had not been thoroughly cleaned in a while.

The food was fresh and well prepared, making each meal enjoyable. the location of the hotel was great, just a short walk away from the ski facilities. the spa facilities were a lovely addition and provided a relaxing experience.

The hotel lacked important information which required guests to ask a lot of questions. For example, we had to ask for a hairdryer and were not informed about the option to store our skis at the reception.

The location of this hotel is perfect, with the ski lifts and center being very close by. The breakfast offers a large variety of food options, and the staff at the reception and spa are polite and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with daily towel changes and a quiet atmosphere for a good night's sleep.

The parking situation can be challenging, and there is an additional charge for parking in the opposite lot.

The location was mind-blowing! Super close to skiing lanes and just a five-minute stroll to the resort center. The apartment was jaw-droppingly spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen. The lobby bar was a cozy spot for delicious snacks and drinks at affordable prices. The spa facilities were a fantastic addition to our stay, offering relaxation and pampering. The breakfast was tasty and the whole place was spotlessly clean. Can't wait to go back and try out the spa!

The staff at Flora Hotel was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction during our stay. The food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious, and we especially enjoyed the wine that was made specifically for the hotel. The location of the hotel was perfect for skiing, as we could literally start skiing just 20 meters from the hotel.

There were a couple of drawbacks. The room we stayed in was quite strange, with a lot of unused space and old, worn furniture.
