Spent a wonderful Easter weekend at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to shops and attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. Plus, the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options to suit everyone's taste.

There were a couple of downsides. The Wi-Fi connection was a bit spotty at times, making it difficult to stay connected.

The hotel's central location and close proximity to the EU metro station made it convenient to explore the city without having to brave the winter weather. The staff, from reception to housekeeping to the restaurant, were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was decent and the service in the breakfast area was excellent. it was a wonderful experience at Hilton Sofia.

The hotel is situated near a park and within close proximity to the shopping street, though the metro access is a little far. The restaurant serves excellent food, and the cozy, spacious rooms provide a nice view over the square.

La camera in cui abbiamo soggiornato era arredata con gusto e pulita, e aveva tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La colazione era deliziosa, con una vasta selezione di torte e crostate fatte in casa. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il giardino con piscina, perfetto per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di visite turistiche.

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the hotel and was offered a complimentary upgrade to the executive level. The modern and clean facilities provided a comfortable experience throughout my stay. The staff members, including Eliza, Dina, and Maria, were all professional and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure top-notch service. The tasty food at breakfast, dinner, and the executive lounge added to the overall enjoyable experience. While there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the closed executive lounge and the distance from the city center, the positive aspects outweighed them. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.
