As a solo traveler, I loved the comprehensive entertainment center offering casinos, duty-free shops, and various restaurants. Great location with easy access to everywhere.

I recently stayed at NagaWorld in Phnom Penh for a few nights, and I had a fantastic experience. The hotel is an integrated resort that caters to all types of travelers, making it truly one-of-a-kind. The modern rooms in the new wing, Naga2, were beautifully designed, and I was lucky enough to have a room with a stunning sunrise view. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, especially the ones at the bar in the casino. The hotel also has a food court in the basement that is open 24 hours, which was a great convenience. my stay was wonderful, and I can't wait to come back.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the center of the city. The location was perfect, right within the Casino of Phnom Penh. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a great variety of options. The staff, especially Mr. Makara and Mr. Chenda, were extremely helpful and provided great service. The guest lifts were conveniently located, making it easy to navigate around the hotel.

As business travelers, we appreciated the efficient service and friendly staff at Nagaworld. The breakfast selection was adequate and the atmosphere was very good. The in-house clinic provided excellent care when I experienced food poisoning from outside food. The facilities and casino areas were superb, and the staff members were friendly.

Security was good, providing peace of mind. The daily buffet breakfast and the New Year's Eve dinner had a wide variety of options.

I got incredible value for my money at this 5-star hotel. The room was stunning and had a great view for a very reasonable price. The location was fantastic, with everything I needed within reach. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay amazing.

The bed and pillow were very comfortable, and the hotel's location was convenient for accessing both Maga1 and Naga 2 without having to leave the property. Additionally, the 24-hour restaurant served delicious Asian cuisine, and the swimming pool staff were attentive and provided floats for guests.

Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent customer service throughout my stay.

One major downside was the lack of ventilation in the complex, resulting in a heavy smell of smoke throughout. This made it uncomfortable for non-smokers like myself.

Conveniently located across the road from the old complex, the new hotel is clean and well-equipped with toiletries. Friendly staff ensured a smooth check-in. Enjoyed the top-notch restaurants and a variety of facilities, including a casino and duty-free shops. Stayed entertained with a movie channel on the TV.

I really got my money's worth at Nagaworld Hotel. The room was super comfy, especially the bed and pillow. The location was great, right at the Nagaworld Casino. The staff treated me like family, so friendly and welcoming throughout my stay.

During our stay at Nagaworld Hotel & Entertainment Complex, we were impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a friendly welcome and given a swift check-in process. The receptionist, Ms Laura, went above and beyond to ensure we had a smoke-free room, even managing to secure two rooms for us despite some limitations. We were also grateful for the assistance provided by Ms Laura and the duty manager, Mr Samnang Lim, when we needed documents printed late at night for an important meeting the next morning. Their helpfulness and accommodation made our first visit to Cambodia feel welcoming and memorable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were super helpful and went out of their way to assist me when my bag got stuck. The room was amazing, with a comfortable bed and pillow. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, close to shops, restaurants, and a mall. Plus, it's conveniently located near Naga World 1 and 2. I also enjoyed the delicious food served at the 24-hour restaurant, especially the Asian cuisine. The cleanliness and facilities of the hotel were top-notch.

The new complex is impressive with polite staff, clean rooms, and all necessary toiletries provided. Thumbs up for the helpful concierge service as well.
