I had an amazing experience at this hotel and spa. the styling of the whole place is exceptional, with consistent attention to detail. the location is perfect, situated within walking distance of the cabin lift, offering stunning views of the surrounding forest and valley. the lobby is my favorite spot, with its rustic and cozy atmosphere. the food at the restaurant was surprisingly good, and the staff was polite and considerate, even providing a crib conveniently located near the elevator for our baby. a great hotel experience.

The hotel was located in a quiet spot, which was just perfect for our get-away! the rooms were decorated beautifully and comfortably, with beautiful spots to enjoy a cup of coffee. We particularly enjoyed the complementary breakfast, which was an all you can eat buffet and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

We did not enjoy the overpriced food nor the spa experience, with the Jacuzzi and room being too cold. the neglect of some items in the room such as the blinds and lights not working was also disappointing.
