Convenient location near the city center and public transportation. The room had kitchen facilities and a fridge, although we didn't use them. Free parking with prior arrangement. The host was friendly and provided helpful information.

Our stay at Hotel Paradise was exceptional. The owner's hospitality and care made us feel truly grateful for choosing this hotel. The location, just a short distance from Serdika and Vitosha Boulevard, was perfect. Despite being in the city, the hotel felt like a private oasis with its peaceful surroundings and beautiful orchard. The room had everything we needed, including a tea and coffee option. The Asian soap in the bathroom added a touch of luxury. We also appreciated the two keys provided for extra security.

Location was awesome! Metro station was less than 2 minutes walk and main bus station was just 10 minutes walk. That was great! the hotel manager was very courteous and helpful. I loved the delicious breakfast which had some exotic options.

The venue had a majestic garden area and luxurious leisure facilities including a TV room and private amenities exclusively for our room. The sun terrace provided breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding city. The service was impeccable and went above and beyond to make us feel at home.

The location was slightly isolated, making it harder to find and with limited activities to do nearby. However, the friendly and accommodating staff made up for it by providing shuttle services, transport details, and recommendations on local events and restaurants.
