I had a delightful stay at Iglika Hotel in Borovets. the newly refurbished hotel offered a stylish room with thoughtful amenities and a wonderful breakfast buffet. the spa and ski room were convenient, although the spa facilities were not as modern as expected. a fantastic experience worth revisiting.

Our room had a cozy balcony with views of the forest, making mornings feel magical. As a family, we loved the spacious suite and the comfortable beds. Cons: the lobby bar lacked evening music, which seemed a bit quiet for a cozy vibe.

The room was not clean upon arrival and the staff did not seem to be bothered by it. the heating was not working properly and it was uncomfortably cold at night.

The cleanliness of the hotel was satisfactory. Although the room was basic, it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The skiing experience was great.
