The hotel is situated in a prime location, close to the beautiful city park which offers plenty of entertainment for kids, such as biking areas and lakes with ducks. Additionally, it is conveniently located in the city center with a wide variety of restaurants and bars nearby. Nature lovers will also appreciate the hotel's proximity to nature. Moreover, guests can enjoy the SPA center, where they can relax and unwind.

The staff at the front desk/reception could improve their attitude towards guests, as some reviews mentioned unprofessional behavior and a lack of welcoming vibes.

As a solo traveler, I loved the convenient location of the hotel, situated at the beginning of a well-maintained park and at the end of the pedestrian area. The pools were a highlight, with their ample size and the impressive size of the overall spa area. The renovated public areas and superior rooms were comfortable and welcoming. The bedding provided a good night's sleep, and the heating system was excellent, especially during the cold spell. The Mediterranean restaurant had an upgraded menu and offered a decent selection, with attentive service. I was very satisfied with my stay.

We loved how this hotel is situated in a beautiful park, surrounded by local cafés and restaurants, and right next to the city's charming promenade. The staff were exceptional - offering us room service, shuttle service, and delicious in-room breakfast. The spa and wellness center here is lovely, complete with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, saunas, jacuzzis, and a fitness center. We definitely recommend staying here - it exceeded our expectations.

had a great time in sandanski, but this hotel was even better! loved the central location, close to shopping and the park. the breakfast was the best we've had in bulgaria. the extra large beds were so comfy. and during the week, the swimming pool was practically empty - perfect!

During my recent stay at Interhotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the elegant and comfortable rooms. The spaciousness and the incredibly comfortable beds made for a truly relaxing experience. Additionally, the hotel's location was excellent, with plenty of amenities and attractions nearby. The outside and inside areas of the hotel were beautifully designed, creating an elegant atmosphere. The restaurant offered delicious food at reasonable prices, and the breakfast selection was impressive. I also appreciated the option to order from a menu for a more personalized meal. I had a fantastic stay at Interhotel and would highly recommend it.

The new year celebrations were memorable, and the hotel offered complimentary champagne and festive snacks. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to a beautiful park and pools. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and we loved the warm water in the pools and the many spa treatments available.

There weren't enough power outlets in the room to charge all our devices, and the reception staff could have been friendlier. We missed some of the polite phrases and etiquette we are used to.
