This hotel in a quiet residential area of new Nessebar offers excellent value for money. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with an awesome round king-sized bed that guarantees a good night's sleep. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring that all guests have a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet is impressive, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from, including many cheap products from the supermarket.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

I recently stayed at Italia Hotel with my family for a wonderful holiday. Kris, the owner, was an absolute pleasure and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The pool was clean and well-maintained, surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh cheese, ham, eggs, yogurt, coffee. The price of drinks at the hotel bar was reasonable and the room was exactly as advertised, with a comfortable bed, AC, LED TV, and Wi-Fi. I highly recommend Italia Hotel to everyone!

The spacious rooms are equipped with comfortable circular beds and offer beautiful views of the quiet surrounding streets. The spotlessly clean bathroom provides a pleasant experience for guests. The friendly and accommodating staff ensure excellent service, with a generous breakfast served poolside and a well-maintained pool area for relaxation.

Great price and friendly staff made my stay here quite enjoyable. Free breakfast was nice and the location was very convenient for exploring the area. the pool was clean and refreshing, perfect for a quick dip.

The room was quite small and had a musty smell. the bedding was not very comfortable and the walls were thin, making it hard to sleep.
