We were blown away by this place. The staff really went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. From the friendly and attentive waiters in the restaurant to the hardworking housekeepers, everyone made us feel welcome and well taken care of. The location is superb, just a short walk from the beautiful beach. We loved being able to relax on the sun terrace by the outdoor swimming pool, and the spa & wellness centre was a real treat. The facilities were top-notch, with a heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, and even a fitness studio. And the cherry on top? Free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel!

The hotel's decor took me back in time with its charming chipped furniture. The sheets were not changed often, but at least the bed was made daily. The food variety was so boring, but luckily I didn't stay long enough to get tired of it. Those children and toddlers could use some extra floor space, poor things. Oh, and it would have been great if the room had glasses. But hey, at least they had one hanging chair at the front of the hotel!

Close to the beach Playa de Muro, the best beach ever. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the swimming pool and sauna. The staff, particularly Javier, Sylvia, Miguel Angel, Said. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent. The room was comfortable, clean, and had a lovely balcony. The location was perfect, right next to a beautiful beach. The staff were helpful and friendly, making my stay very enjoyable.

The breakfast and dinner buffet was varied and of good quality. Another great aspect was its proximity to the beach, which allowed us to easily access the crystal clear water. we appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the comfortable beds.

The shower was not up to our expectations. the dirt in between tiles in the shower corner was a bit off-putting and the lack of a shower curtain made it hard to keep the water from splashing all over the floor.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were of good standard and kept very clean. The buffet breakfast had a great selection of cooked and fresh food. The hotel is in a fantastic location, with a beautiful beach just a short walk away. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
