We got great value for our money at Kristal Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient, just a walk uphill from the beach. The staff treated us very well and made us feel valued as customers.

The only thing that could have made breakfast better was a faster service for the made-to-order items like eggs and pancakes.

I arrived late at night and they even had a packed lunch waiting for me, which was a sweet gesture. They were also very accommodating with my request for a late check out. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The hotel grounds were beautiful, surrounded by lush trees, and provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The food at the restaurant was delicious with a wide variety of options. this place provided enhanced comfort and top-notch service.

Spent New Year here and had a great time. Food was plentiful and of good quality. Room was clean and spacious with a nice view. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main area but still quiet enough for a peaceful holiday. The indoor pool was a great plus. Animation team did a good job of keeping guests entertained.

The elevators were slow and crowded, and there were only two of them. Some staff members were rude and unresponsive, particularly in the bar and restaurant areas. The all-inclusive bar closed early, which meant long lines towards the end of the night. The Wi-Fi was not very reliable and the quality was poor.

We had a wonderful time staying at a very nice, well-kept hotel in a quiet area of Varna. the room was good, with a small balcony. the hotel was clean and well maintained, and the buffet-style food was delicious with a large selection. the outdoor pool was great, with attentive staff and activities. the beach was just a short walk away. the hotel also offered amenities like a playground, table tennis, fitness facilities, and a hair salon. the staff were excellent, making us feel welcome and providing top-notch hospitality. we highly recommend this hotel.
