The value for money at Mercure was excellent - a spacious room, comfortable bed, and free undercover parking made for a great stay. The front staff were friendly, polite, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Easy access to reception and room via a lift. Beds were comfortable and aircon was consistent. Free and readily available parking. Guest laundry on site.

The location of the hotel was very convenient. It was close to popular beaches and also near the hospital, which was important for us as a family with small kids. Additionally, it was in close proximity to the areas we wished to visit during our stay.

The staff seemed disorganized and made mistakes with the room allocations.

The hotel was in a key location near plenty of shops and restaurants which made it easy to find things to do. the bed was extremely comfortable, which allowed us to have a good night sleep after a long day exploring.

The sheets had some suspicious black marks on them, and there was no view or balcony which made the room feel a bit claustrophobic. Lastly, the food at the restaurant was quite hit and miss, I had a very nice meal but my partner's steak was tough and not enjoyable.

We had a great time staying here! The location was perfect for us, right next to a hospital and events centre. The staff was very helpful, providing us with things we had forgotten and making sure our needs were met. The hotel was spotless and the food was amazing!

This place is ideal for business travel, but might not be the best choice for family holidays. If you are looking for a hotel for family trips, this place is a great option.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, right on the lake, which made for lovely morning walks. The hotel facilities were modern and well appointed. The staff at reception were friendly and welcoming. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch. Plus, the hotel is close to the new Hospital, making it convenient for visiting. this hotel offered a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

My recent stay at Mercure was enjoyable. The location was convenient, with shops and takeaway restaurants nearby. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I loved the rain shower head in the bathroom. The breakfast, although lacking milk alternatives, was good overall. The check-in and check-out process was fast and efficient.
