The lifts at the resort are not sufficient to handle the number of guests, leading to long wait times, especially during busy periods such as meal times.

Our stay at this hotel was great value for money. The room was comfortable and had a nice balcony. The location was perfect, right on Flower Street and a short walk to the pier and beach. The staff, especially the reception and cleaning ladies, were brilliant and made us feel welcome.

Fabulous pool area with exciting water slides, excellent entertainment staff, and engaging adult games. Kids club and games room kept everyone happy. Great location, cheap, and clean. Friendly and helpful animation team who made our holiday perfect. Excellent selection of drinks, including genuine Coca Cola. Beautiful beach just a few minutes walk away. Reception and cleaning staff were brilliant. Female staff in the restaurant were also brilliant.

We had a fantastic stay at this resort! The facilities were top-notch and the staff were exceptional. The animation team, including Denis, Natalia, Octavia, and Alisha, made our holiday perfect. They were incredibly friendly and Denis went above and beyond by teaching us the local language and providing valuable advice about the area. The entertainment during the day and evening was excellent, especially the engaging activities that involved guests. The pool and slides were a highlight for our family, providing excitement and fun for all ages. The majority of the bar staff were great, and our cleaner on the 16th floor did a wonderful job keeping our room clean and tidy. The selection of drinks at the bar was impressive, including genuine Coca Cola and even slushes. The beach was beautiful and just a short walk from the resort. we had an amazing time and would definitely visit again!

The location was excellent, right in the center city and close to the beach side. We loved being just a few seconds walk away from lively bars, clubs, entertainment, shops, and the fair, which kept going until the early hours of the morning. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the pool area and water slides. The entertainment staff, including Denis, Natalia, Octavia, and Alisha, were exceptional and made our holiday perfect. The animation team engaged the guests with fun activities and the Latin dancers were fabulous. The staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful, particularly Denis who went above and beyond by teaching us the local language and giving us advice about the area. The food at the hotel was decent, with a good selection available, and the drinks at the bar had a great variety. we had a wonderful time and would visit again.
