However, these small advantages were overshadowed by the overall lack of cleanliness and hygiene.

Overall cleanliness was decent, but noticed some cobwebs in the ceiling fan and mold in the shower cubicle. The carpet appeared worn and threadbare in certain areas, indicating a need for replacement.

We were within walking distance of two pubs that served fantastic food. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. In addition, the hotel was conveniently located close to Brighton and the coast. it was excellent value for money and a great base for exploring the local area.
