We loved the serene location, surrounded by nature and close to the beautiful Smolyan lakes. The food was delicious, and the spacious apartments were clean and comfortable. The hotel's wooden artwork added a unique touch. we would recommend this hotel for a peaceful getaway.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel near Smolyan lakes. The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to assist with any request. The basic amenities in the room were well-maintained, and I was delighted to have a room with a great view of the beautiful surrounding mountains. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the nearby Smolyan lakes and enjoying the tranquility of nature.

The surroundings of the hotel are beautiful during the winter season with snow covering the landscape and making for a perfect winter wonderland. the rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and warm blankets to keep you cozy during the snowy nights. the breakfast buffet is decent with a good variety of fresh fruits and hot options.

The service at the hotel was incredibly poor during our stay over Christmas. We had to wait for hours for our room to be prepared, and the staff was unhelpful and disorganized.
