The city location is perfect and very easy to reach by public transportation. the hotel is clean and tidy. the breakfast is tasty and freshly cooked. the staff is friendly and readily available to help.

The room was noisy, and I couldn't sleep well in the morning. the room was cramped and not spacious enough.

our stay at ocean was even better than our previous trip to great yarmouth. the staff, especially gabby and daniel, were incredibly attentive and welcoming. the food was outstanding and the hotel itself was clean and modern. overall, a truly wonderful stay.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially loved the welcome drink and the fact that they provided ironing facilities in the room. The service and housekeeping were top-notch, and the free Wi-Fi made it easy for me to stay connected. this place exceeded my expectations in every way.

There was one aspect of the hotel that could be improved upon. According to one guest, the central heating in their room was not working and despite raising the issue, it was not fixed.
