During our family stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel's convenient location. It was just a short walk to the gondola, allowing us easy access to the ski slopes. the hotel was close to the old town center and many amazing restaurants, where we enjoyed delicious meals. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere for us to relax after a long day on the slopes. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, ensuring our comfort during our stay. The service provided by the hotel staff was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff members always ready to assist us. We were particularly impressed with the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of options to suit everyone's taste. The view from our balcony was breathtaking, offering stunning vistas of the surrounding mountains. the hotel provided us with a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

One minor downside was the lack of replacement of toiletries, as mentioned by a previous guest.

The hotel is conveniently located on the main river street, just a short walk of about 10-12 minutes from the cable cars. If you enjoy the fresh morning air, this is the perfect location for you. The lobby has a welcoming log fire, but unfortunately, like many skiing resorts, the temperature inside tends to be too warm. However, the hotel offers a free shuttle bus to and from the gondola, which only takes about 5 minutes. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms have lovely, powerful showers. The staff are friendly and provide great service. The breakfast offers a variety of options, though some items may be hit or miss. The hotel also has excellent spa facilities, including a big jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. They even offer a 30-minute full body massage at a very reasonable price. the hotel provides a comfortable stay with convenient amenities.

The toiletries provided in the rooms were insufficient, and they were not replaced throughout the entire week.
