I recently stayed at Grand Balam Plaza hotel for a few nights and it was absolutely amazing! The rooms were beautiful, clean, and full of natural light. The huge bed with memory foam pillows was incredibly comfortable. The hotel itself felt like a secret oasis, with a clever design that screened it from the noise of the nearby road. The owner, Mikel, was a fantastic host and made us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of fresh fruits, eggs, bacon, and coffee. The rooftop terrace with the hot tubs and garden sofas was the perfect place to relax and stargaze. a truly wonderful experience.

The rooftop area is a standout, with two jacuzzi tubs and a kitchen area for guests to use. The property is also very secure, giving families with children peace of mind during their stay.

The street outside can get quite noisy at night, which may disturb light sleepers.

Some areas could use a little more attention to detail in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. the pool needed a bit more thorough cleaning.
