The service we received was top-notch, from the room service to the car hire and housekeeping. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The amenities provided, such as the laundry and valet parking services, were convenient and ensured a hassle-free experience. We also took advantage of the shuttle service to explore the surrounding area and enjoyed the convenience of the ski equipment hire. this hotel provided us with enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay truly memorable.

The breakfast was delicious and varied, but there were no fresh coffee or bread. The staff had mixed attitudes, some friendly and others less so. The indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam bath were well-maintained and had convenient hours. The rooms were comfortable and cleaned daily. a good option for a relaxing stay.

The hotel's location was great and allowed for easy access to the local attractions. the views from the room were also breathtaking and it was nice to have some fresh air during Thanksgiving. We also enjoyed the spa area, which was very relaxing after a long day of touring.

The all-inclusive package was a complete rip-off. the indoor pool area was always crowded with loud teenagers who couldn't even swim.

The food variety was excellent with delicious meals and desserts. The made-to-order pancakes and waffles were a highlight. Comfortable double beds and pillows. Beautiful view from the balcony. Good availability of hot water for baths.

I recently stayed at Murite Park for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The apartment was spacious and the bed was comfortably cosy. The bathroom was large and well-equipped, and the kitchen had all the necessary amenities, including a washing machine. The pool and jacuzzi were a great addition, perfect for both kids and adults. The surrounding area was great for walking, and Razlog and Bansko were just a short drive away. The food at the hotel was delicious and diverse, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The view of the Pirin mountain from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking. an excellent stay.
