During our stay at Park Hotel Custendil, we were pleasantly surprised by the stunning view from our hotel room. Overlooking the swimming pool with the majestic mountains in the distance, it truly created a picturesque atmosphere. The food at the restaurant was of excellent quality and reasonably priced, providing us with a satisfying dining experience. The hotel's location in the small city of Kyustendil was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and only a minimal cost for transportation. I would highly recommend this hotel for its value and friendly atmosphere.

We had a lovely romantic escape at a hotel in a stunning location. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, offering us a range of activities to enjoy during our stay. We particularly enjoyed the delicious meals offered in the restaurant and the comfortable bed in our room. The hotel was situated in a prime spot, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding forests and countryside.

We were disappointed to find that the swimming pool was not as expected. It was smaller than we anticipated and the water was not as clean as we would have liked.
