During our stay at Park Hotel Custendil, we were pleasantly surprised by the stunning view from our hotel room. Overlooking the swimming pool with the majestic mountains in the distance, it truly created a picturesque atmosphere. The food at the restaurant was of excellent quality and reasonably priced, providing us with a satisfying dining experience. The hotel's location in the small city of Kyustendil was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and only a minimal cost for transportation. I would highly recommend this hotel for its value and friendly atmosphere.

We had a lovely romantic escape at a hotel in a stunning location. We particularly enjoyed the delicious meals offered in the restaurant and the comfortable bed in our room. the hotel was situated in a prime spot, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding forests and countryside.

It was smaller than we anticipated and the water was not as clean as we would have liked. while the breakfast was filling, it lacked variety and excitement.

We stayed at this hotel twice during our trip and we were impressed with the luxurious amenities and exceptional service. The location of the hotel is perfect, situated next to a beautiful forest and offering stunning views of the surrounding hillside. We loved relaxing by the pool, especially with the added bonus of the peaceful mountain backdrop. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the attentive housekeeping staff who ensured our stay was perfect.
