Rooms are spacious with a lovely terrace. Everything is clean, including comfortable beds and ample parking. The lobby bar and restaurant are welcoming, offering great food. The spa facilities are fantastic with multiple pools and a jacuzzi. The breakfast and dinner options are excellent. Velingrad is a charming city, perfect for a relaxing break.

We had an exceptional stay at the hotel. From the moment we arrived, the quality of service was outstanding. Our 5-year-old daughter particularly enjoyed the kids club and the outdoor areas. the restaurant in the hotel exceeded our expectations with impeccable food every single time. the hotel's location in a small pine forest on top of a hill provided breathtaking views of the surroundings. We also appreciated the proximity to hiking trails, as the ecopath started right by the hotel. the staff, including the helpful guest relations manager, made our experience truly enjoyable. We are already looking forward to coming back next year.

The service at the hotel was quite poor. the staff seemed uninterested in their work and weren't particularly helpful.

We had a lovely stay at Maxi Park Hotel & Spa. The room had a big balcony with a great view, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the clean air. The staff was friendly and quickly provided us with chairs for the balcony. The hotel's location was beautiful and the lobby bar was impressive. The spa was large and relaxing, and we enjoyed using the hot mineral pool and the massage parlor. The breakfast was abundant with plenty of choices. we had a great time and would recommend this hotel.

Along with the sauna and Jacuzzi, the solarium and body scrub were also impressive services. the treatment rooms are well-equipped for all guests' needs, making it an exclusive and enjoyable experience. the sun terrace and garden area provide a tranquil and serene setting to unwind and enjoy the nearby scenery.
