The luxury hotel has superb service, beautiful rooms, and exquisite artwork. The staff is friendly and professional. The French breakfast and gourmet food are fabulous, with amazing desserts. The location is central yet surrounded by greenery.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The breakfast at Residence City Garden was an interesting experience. While there were only a few items available, we were able to request additional dishes. I particularly enjoyed the delicious pancakes with honeycomb. The added touch of Prosecco was a luxurious touch, even though I didn't drink it. The breakfast room, although small and windowless, had a clever video showcasing the attractions of Plovdiv and the Rose Valley. I would recommend this hotel for its unique breakfast offerings and attentive staff.

The hotel was well-located, with nearby attractions and restaurants. the staff was friendly and welcoming. the room was clean and comfortable. the Wi-Fi was good, and the breakfast was great. the hotel had a nice balcony with a beautiful view. However, the air conditioning was bad; it barely worked, which made the room extremely hot and stuffy, and ruined the sleep experience. the walls were thin, and noise from other rooms could be heard, making the overall experience not very pleasant.

A good night's sleep was impossible. Expect to be woken up early in the morning by people in neighboring rooms.

This hotel exudes luxury and quality, offering exclusive amenities such as a packed lunch service and special diet menus. the room was spacious and featured high, end facilities, including a private seating area and a state, of, the, art TV. the restaurant served delicious cuisine that was beyond our expectations. the garden area was a relaxing oasis, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. the location was prime, situated in the heart of the city, within easy walking distance to major attractions.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the room's heating system, which could have been better. the impeccable service provided by the friendly staff more than made up for this slight inconvenience.

Swift and polite receptionist, free parking, helpful concierge, comfortable and clean room, well-equipped bathroom, good TV channels.

Located in a prime spot near a beautiful park. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Alexander. Clean and comfortable rooms with good amenities. Quiet and peaceful surroundings. Good breakfast with a variety of options.

The hotel is conveniently located right in front of a beautiful city park, making it the perfect spot for a leisurely stroll. It is also just a short walk away from the city centre, making it easy to explore all that the city has to offer. Additionally, there is a very nice garden nearby, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

It seems that the breakfast options at the hotel can be quite limited and not always freshly prepared, which could be disappointing for those expecting a wide variety of choices.
