The staff at Riagor Hotel went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. From the manager, Anton, who helped us with early check-in and late check-out, to the receptionist, Helin Velieva, who greeted us with a smile and provided excellent service. The girls working in the restaurant and pool bar were also friendly and attentive. The room was spacious with three single beds, a rare find in hotels. The cleaner on the 5th floor was pleasant and kept our room tidy.

While Riagor Hotel had many positive aspects, there were a few downsides to consider. The breakfast experience could be improved with the addition of another toaster, as the current one was slow and outdated.

Great location near the beach, balanced and delicious meals, clean rooms and towels changed regularly, helpful and friendly staff.

Nothing not to like.

We stayed at a hotel during Easter and there were a couple of things we liked. the breakfast was great and was offered until noon which allowed for a bit of a sleep in. the location was perfect, very central for exploring the town. Another advantage was the cleanliness of the public areas, which was kept tidy and hygienic throughout our stay.

There were a number of negatives during our stay. The staff's attitude was not friendly and welcoming, which made us feel unwelcome.

Front desk and staff were helpful for early check-in and late check-out. Rooms have 3 single beds. Food was delicious and traditional. Clean rooms and friendly English-speaking staff. Enjoyable holiday atmosphere.
