We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The suites on the eighth floor were spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The view from the terrace of the cathedral and downtown Sofia was stunning. The location in the heart of the city made it easy to explore everything on foot. The staff was professional, friendly, and spoke excellent English. The quality of the food served, both at breakfast and at lunch, was outstanding. We highly recommend visiting the rooftop bar for incredible views.

I had an amazing stay at Sense Hotel. The room I was upgraded to was absolutely beautiful, with a stunning view of the Cathedral. The spa was a tranquil haven and the perfect place to relax. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Clean rooms, cool rooftop bar, and good pool and spa area. the hotel's cleanliness is commendable, and the rooftop bar offers a great atmosphere. the pool and spa area are also noteworthy, providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Reception could be friendlier and more accommodating. Some guests had issues with their rooms not being ready on time, and there were instances of noisy rooms and slow room service.

I appreciated that the hotel offered complimentary tea in the room and the spa center was nice. the hotel is located in an area close to restaurants and shops, making it easy to get around.

The cost of the hotel was not worth it. the staff was unfriendly and unprofessional, and the services were overpriced.

the location was perfect, within walking distance to all major attractions and amenities. the staff were friendly and always willing to help. the room I booked was an executive room with a balcony and the view was stunning. Instead of the advertised Alexander Nevski Cathedral, I had a panoramic view of the entire city and the mountains. the balcony itself was enormous, allowing me to host a 12 person party. the layout of the room was great and the breakfast served in the courtyard was delicious. the spa and pool area were also superb.

The breakfast offers a delicious selection of food, including fresh squeezed orange juice and honeycomb. The spa area is very relaxing and well-maintained.

This luxurious hotel offers exclusive amenities such as a spa, wellness centre, and indoor swimming pool. the staff provided excellent service, responding to all my small requests promptly and with a smile. the continental breakfast in the restaurant was delicious, and the bar/lounge area had a fantastic selection of cocktails. the location of the venue was perfect, with beautiful views from the rooftop terrace.
