The front desk staff was attentive and provided great service, helping us with everything from room service to transportation. Our room was impeccably maintained, and the breakfast options were excellent. The location was also convenient, with nearby metro stations and late-night convenience stores. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Tokyo.

We were pleasantly surprised by the origami and child-sized slippers and toothbrushes provided by the staff. The hotel is situated near multiple train stations and convenient for tourist activities. Despite the older Annex wing, we found the rooms spacious and well-equipped. I recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay here! The location is perfect, nestled in a quiet business area but within easy access to public transportation. The subway entrance is only 3 mins away, which made our travels around the city very convenient. The hotel is also in a good tourist area, with Tokyo Tower just a short walk away. The service here is excellent, with friendly staff always ready to assist. The room amenities were plentiful, including tea and coffee facilities, ironing facilities, and a bathtub with free toiletries.

We were pleasantly surprised by this 4-star hotel. The location in a quiet business area was perfect for us as we wanted to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel is also conveniently located near a 7 Eleven store and the metro line, making it easy to explore Tokyo.

The hotel's location made travel very easy. It was super convenient, very close to Tokyo tower and a few different subway stations. The staff at this place were extremely helpful and professional. They were very welcoming and explained extra services like cultural classes as well as allowing us to check in 2 hours early. The room amenities were top-notch, with a good shower, lovely towels, and a good supply of toiletries. This hotel also had a great dining restaurant and bar/lounge area. The staff there were so knowledgeable of their whisky range, we were impressed and had a great evening. the service and facilities here were exceptional.

This venue is not as near to the Hamatsu-cho station as we thought. We had to shuttle through hot day yet rainy weather in mid-April there.
