We had a fantastic stay at this luxury hotel. Its location on a hill provided stunning views of the surrounding area. The service was top-notch, with room service and housekeeping ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The room amenities, including the comfortable beds and spacious sitting area, made us feel right at home. We especially loved the terrace, where we enjoyed our morning coffee while taking in the breathtaking scenery. The dining restaurant served delicious meals, and the staff went above and beyond to cater to our dietary preferences. The leisure facilities, like the sauna and massage services, were a great way to relax and unwind. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi and 24-hour security added to our peace of mind.

The view from the breakfast terrace at Shiroka Laka was absolutely breathtaking. It was the perfect way to start the day, with stunning scenery right in front of you. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. One standout aspect was the service provided by the waitress in the restaurant. She was not only friendly but also assertive, ensuring that we had an excellent dining experience.

While the lighting in the room could have been better, with only two night lamps and one at the entrance, we were able to adjust and make do. Additionally, it would have been nice to have an instruction booklet in the room, providing information about fire exits, internet access, and other important details.

The rooms were spacious and well-kept, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the beautiful views from our room and the convenient location close to town.

There were some drawbacks to our stay. The room was very stuffy and uncomfortable to sleep in, and we had trouble finding the air conditioning.

I booked the best room for my partner's birthday getaway and we had a wonderful experience at this modern, clean hotel. The staff were superb, the room was spacious with breathtaking views, and the bathroom felt luxurious with its 'bourgeoise' styling. The beds were comfortable and the restaurant served delicious local cuisine. The location was close to the center and offered lovely views. A perfect stay!
