We were impressed with the added bonus of complimentary tickets to the hot springs, allowing us to enjoy 2.5 hours of pure relaxation every day. The buffet-style breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide selection and high-quality food. We even dined at the hotel's restaurant for dinner and lunch, and the food was simply delicious. The service throughout our stay was friendly and efficient, making us feel truly pampered.

The location of the hotel was great since it was close to a lovely forest. We were also able to enjoy the thermal baths which were just a short walk away. the breakfast had a wide selection and good quality. the inclusion of tickets for the hot springs was a great advantage, and the staff was friendly and efficient.

The check-in took quite a while, and one of the rooms was not ready with a child’s bed. We had to wait three hours for the key, and the family was split as the room was in a different building.
